I started fishing with worm and spinners when I was a kid, then in the 70s I became fascinated with fly fishing. The first step was to collect books, my greatest passion. History and culture of this wonderful world.
In the 80’s with the support of a great friend Jim Schaaf I started to build bamboo rods and with the help of Poul Jorgenson to tie classic salmon flies. Every turn of thread was something special. I wanted to know everything and get into the details. Books and some friends have given me this opportunity.
Always in search of knowing, I started a couple of years ago to make salmon fly hooks. With a lot of patience and enthusiasm I hope to get good results.
